Tristan Dufrene expresses her passion for the sounds of the underground through a collection of elements, feelings, moods and art. Her styles range from nudisco, funk, house, breaks, electro, bass, techno, downtempo, electronica and beyond. Accumulating eclectic sounds through a kaleidoscope of consciousness, Tristan constantly looks to push her music to a deeper level. Tristan has performed a variety of experiences in the local music venues in NOLA to warehouse/art parties, and everything in between. As she performs, she aims to push the boundaries house and techno from a basic beat to a gripping synthesis that her audience feels in their core.

Her current project is a monthly series Subject Matter which launched in 2019, curated with focus on techno and other genre bending sounds from locals and nationally recognized artists.
